The owner, Ben is a physical therapist based in Richmond, Virginia. He is originally from Arlington, but moved to Richmond in 2016 and has been here ever since.
Ben has always had an interest in movement and wellness. In his own life, he incorporates daily movement and other lifestyle choices to try and become just a little bit better every day. He is passionate about giving other people the tools to take charge of their own health and wellbeing.
In his free time, Ben is passionate about exercising, being outside, and spending time with his wife Aubri, and two Irish Setters, Bunny and Birdie.
